Beyond Fringe Salon Policies

Cancellations and No-Shows
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of 50% of the cost of any reserved services.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to appear for their reservations will also incur a fee of 50% of the cost of any reserved services.

Child Safety Policy
For the safety of children and the comfort of all guests:
Unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon.
Young children in carriers or strollers cannot be placed near service areas and left unattended.
Children capable of sitting quietly (12+) may wait in the designated seating area.
This policy ensures a relaxing atmosphere and minimizes risks in a busy salon environment.

Service Pricing
Prices may vary depending on the stylist’s experience and the length or thickness of the client’s hair. A “+” symbol indicates variable pricing.


Discounts and Promotions
At Beyond Fringe Salon, we strive to provide a luxurious and transparent experience. Please review our policies regarding discounts and promotions:
Non-Combination of Offers: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Minimum Service Requirement: Discounts apply only to service totals of $45 or more before taxes and fees.
Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to retail products, taxes, or additional charges unless specified.

Application: To qualify, clients must mention discounts or promos at check-in and before services begin.

Expiration and Modifications: All promotions are subject to expiration dates, and Beyond Fringe Salon reserves the right to adjust or cancel offers at any time.
Retail Product Return Policy

Unopened Products: Exchanges only for retail products are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Opened Products: For legal and hygienic reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Receipt Required: Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Bellami Hair Extension Policy

Exchange Eligibility
Unopened Bellami hair extensions may be exchanged within 30 days for the correct color or style within the same product range.

Return Restrictions
Due to legal hygiene standards, opened or used Bellami extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Used hair cannot be returned under any circumstances.
All unopened, unused returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Medical Considerations
Certain medications may contribute to hair loss, which may affect the longevity or suitability of extensions.
If you suspect medication may be a factor, we recommend consulting your doctor before installation.

Maintenance Requirements
Proper home care is essential for extension longevity.
Brush gently from top to bottom and between extensions on a regular basis.
Failure to maintain extensions properly will void the installation warranty.

Slipped Beads
Slipped beads can occasionally occur and are not uncommon.
If this happens, please call the salon and we will schedule a quick fix appointment for you.

Return & Exchange Process
All exchanges must include proof of purchase.
Exchanges must be pre-approved by contacting the appropriate Beyond Fringe Salon.
Upon approval, instructions and the return address will be provided.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all unopened, unused returns.
The BEYOND FRINGE Salon Re-Do Policy
At Beyond Fringe Salon, we are dedicated to ensuring every guest leaves feeling happy and satisfied. While we strive to deliver exceptional service during every visit, we understand that there may be rare occasions where adjustments are needed. Our re-do policy is designed to ensure the best possible outcome for our guests.
Re-Do Policy
Eligibility: If you are dissatisfied with your service, we offer a re-do within 7 days of your original service.
Process:
The original service provider will make every effort to address your concerns and perform the re-do and a manager will oversee the re-do to ensure optimal results.
Limitations: Re-dos are not eligible for changes in the originally requested service. They are designed to correct the original service outcome.
We take pride in maintaining high standards and appreciate the opportunity to make things right. For any questions or to schedule a re-do, please contact the appropriate salon directly.

Payments and Gratuities
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in service fees but may be added to credit card payments or given in cash.

No Pets Policy
For safety and hygiene, pets are not permitted in the salon, in accordance with Texas state law. Service Animals are allowed entry pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Photo Release Policy
By entering Beyond Fringe Salon, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and our website.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

Medical Interactions and Hair Loss
Certain medications may contribute to hair loss. While not everyone will experience this side effect, some drugs are more likely to cause hair loss than others. If you suspect your medication is causing hair loss, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
By accepting our services, you acknowledge that you are not currently taking medications known to cause hair loss and confirm that you are in good health.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. We use your data solely for processing appointments, responding to inquiries, and sending communications. No personal data will be shared with any third parties.
